Herring River Executive Council (HREC)

In 2016, the Herring River Executive Council (HREC) was established, an intergovernmental team that makes implementation decisions for the Herring River Restoration Project.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU IV) revised the HREC to consist of three representatives from Wellfleet and two from National Park Service Cape Cod National Seashore.
