More than 185 people attended the 2025 State of Wellfleet Harbor Conference (23rd Annual) on November 1, 2025 at Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater.

The 2025 conference included verbal presentations on coastal geology, Duck Harbor, revisiting Mayo Creek, Herring River Restoration Project, green crabs, whimbrels, and striped bass. Poster presentations included Friends of Wellfleet Ponds, American Lobster Initiative, and the restoration site at Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay, which also hosted an optional field trip to this site in the afternoon.
